Refund policy
Last updated October 17, 2026
You pay upfront, so you should know exactly when money comes back. In short: you only pay for links that go live.
Links we cannot place
If we cannot place a link you paid for, for example because no suitable publisher accepts the article or you reject every publisher we suggest, you choose a full refund for that link or a credit for a future order.
Cancelling before work starts
If you cancel a link before you approve its publisher, topic and anchor, you get a full refund for that link.
After you approve a link
Once you approve a link, we start writing and paying for the placement, so it cannot be cancelled for a refund. If that link still cannot be placed, the first rule above applies.
Live links
A link that went live as approved is delivered and is not refundable. Rankings, traffic and AI visibility are not guaranteed, so they are not grounds for a refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Ask for one by emailing hello@linkheron.com with your order details.
