Privacy policy

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your website, the service you are interested in and your budget range, if you give them
• Your message
• The page you sent the form from, your browser's user agent and the country your request came from (from our hosting provider)

If you email us or become a client, we also keep our emails with you, your order details and the reports we send you.

What we do not collect

This site does not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or cookies. We do not buy or sell personal data.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a link plan
• To deliver and report on work you order
• To keep records needed for billing and tax
• To block spam sent through the form

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and handle email:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the website
• Supabase, which stores contact form messages (servers in the United States)
• Resend, which sends us an email when you submit the form
• Hostinger, which hosts our mailbox

Each provider only processes data to provide its service to us. Your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and India.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and client records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@linkheron.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
